Hi thank you so much for your comment. I have checked the track number on Royal Mail it has been delivered. Let’s hope the best. It’s quiet frustrating because it takes my whole day to go to DX courier.

Hi, I had an email which was about my photograph. It says your photo doesn’t meet requirements and I sent the new one by Royal Mail but on the instructions I had to send by DX Courier and it’s very far away from me. Do you think they will accept my documents ? Did anyone face the same issue ?

hi did they accept ? I have same problem and I sent by Royal Mail my photographs but I don’t know what will happen. I have the same issue I need to drive 2.5hrs to get DX Courier.
