  1. Alright thank you I really appreciate the quick responses
  2. So her tax documents are already uploaded to NVC. The things I listed below were things I was going to physically print out and take with me because I read on one of the US Government things to bring all the Affidavit of Support documentation. She has submitted the 2023 + 2022 Return transcripts, and has an explanation for not filing taxes for 2021 submitted. I suppose I can bring those too on paper if necessary. Thank you for such a quick reply
  3. Hey everybody, so my CR-1 interview is in Dublin on January 16th. We assumed we had everything in order however this morning we received an email from the US Embassy requesting additional documents specifically from the petitioner · Most recent W-2 for petitioner. · Petitioner's Birth Certificate. · Proof of petitioner’s U.S. citizenship (passport scan) or LPR status. · Detailed proof of Petitioner’s domicile in the United States With regards to proof of domicile. She has her current lease for the apartment she's been living in alone for the past year. That expires February 28th. We also have organised a new lease together in a different apartment. That lease begins February 10th and has both of our names on it I guess I have 3 questions 1. Do you think this likely slows down our approval 2. Should we submit both leases as proof of domicile + should we add anything else. She has lived in the US her whole life and has never spent more than 2 weeks outside of it for an extended period. 3. While it's on my mind I've been trying to ensure I have the correct documents and that I am bringing everything necessary so I'm just going to list what I'm planning on taking and some advice on if it's missing something/unnecessary would be advised. I've really struggled to find non-conflicting information on this, even across the official US Government websites - The Medical exam results are apparently electronically transmitted now so I have nothing with regards to those. My appointment was over a month ago however (December 10th) - Passport (It is valid til 2029 so within the time boundaries) - Original Birth Certificate (I have both a long + short, however the long one is at a point where it's held together with cellotape, but it's the best I've got. I requested a long one from the Civil Registries here in Cork but they just gave me an updated short one and said that was enough) - Original Marriage Certificate - Original Police Certificate - Copy of NVC Interview Appointment Email - DS-260 Confirmation Page - Passport Biographics Page copy - Visa Delivery Courier Page - Form I-864 Affidavit of Support - Photocopy of her U.S. passport - 2 2x2 Passport photographs - Either IRS transcript or latest W-2 - 10 photos from all of my different trips to the US and hers to Ireland - Both Lease Agreements mentioned above Apologies if this is a bit of a word salad, I'm happy to clarify anything if it's unclear Kind Regards, Tomás
