    I make above the required 125% poverty guideline. My fiance in his home country currently receives benefits from the government. Will this affect the k-1 visa process at all?

    I thought I needed to make 125% of the FPL for the requirement for 2 people? That wouldn’t make it another 20k

    I’ll be making between 21-28000$ a year. I Iive back at home as of recently. My little sister who does not work but I do not claim as a dependent or pay for lives here, as well as my mom who works but works out of state technically lives here. Do I qualify alone for the FPL or does it count for those two as well as my future spouse?
