    What does that mean "fingerprints must be taken from Interpol Kololo" interpol Kololo is in Uganda. My fiancé is not able to go to Uganda. In the website, both options are saying fingerprints in Uganda. Is there a way for him to do it Ghana and send it to Uganda? I asked my fiance to contact the Ghana embassy in Uganda for help also.     My fiancé is from Ghana and lives in Ghana. He was able to get his Ghana Police Certificate. He lived in Uganda for more than 6 months 20 years ago. He needs a Police certificate from Uganda. How can he get one without going to Uganda. I researched online, it says there is an online application, but then you have to come to Uganda in person to do the fingerprint. He can't go in person to Uganda. Is there a way to do it Ghana?

    I received a K1 FTP letter that has my case number but no invoice ID number. How do I pay fees so that my fiance can schedule his interview? What is the website to schedule interviews? His case status says "ready" and he has completed his DS 160 application. Will I the petitioner receive the welcome letter? Thank you
