Thanks for the info. Can I be denied boarding the plane? If they do refer me to IJ how long would that take?

I was out very ill but now fit to fly. Do I have to sign i407 should I be stopped? Can CBP deny me entrance? Can I request to see IJ upon landing? I do plan on residing back in the states. On a flip 8 years ago I was out 2 years and walked through CBP with no questions asked….
