Hello, I am a K-1 petitioner working on our AOS, and i have one of these classic DS-3025/I-693 questions. I have read all of the threads I can on this topic and I am still uncertain if we will be RFE'd if we submit my wife's DS-3025 as it is. Her medical (attached below) was completed in Turkey in September 2024. The DS-3025 was marked "K-1 Visa applicant voluntarily completed vaccination requirements". I see many people claim that if this is marked complete, the DS-3025 is all set. However, I have the following concerns about whether this 3025 was "properly completed" as it says in the I-693 instructions: She received only one MMR vaccine, and there is no waiver marked regarding the second dose. COVID-19 was completed more than two years before her medical exam. This was the best we could do, as COVID vaccines were no longer available in Turkey or her home country, Iraq. Some sources say COVID vaccines are only valid for 12 months. Other vaccines that were waivered at the time of our medical, but that we could possibly get before submitting the AOS: Polio was not completed because it was "not routinely available" in Turkey. Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Influenza were given, but are marked B for "insufficient time interval". Are we required to get a second dose of these? With this in mind, should we submit our I-485 and DS-3025 as is and wait to see if we get an RFE? Should we get some or all of these vaccines and have a civil surgeon fill out Parts 1-5, 7, and 10 of the I-693? Should we do a whole new medical check? I am trying to avoid paying for more unnecessary paperwork as the AOS is quite a burden in itself. Thank you. DS-3025 Scan.pdf
