  1. Anyway I mentioned that he is already a citizen and even if they were included in my household I have enough assets to spender my fiancé so I don't see why they would deny us for that.
  2. They did not ask me to provide that when I sponsored my second partner. And it has been more than ten years since the first one entered. So there is no way I'm liable for the 1st one
  3. Even if I have enough assets to include them in my household? The 1st one is already a citizen. The 2nd one is co sponsored by my dad that passed away
  4. Yeah the 1st husband is already a citizen and I've heard mixed information about if I'm still the sponsor of the 2nd one... I've heard if he has a job then I'm good but I believe that sponsorship is for 10 years. It shouldn't be a problem since I have enough assets to sponsor my fiancé even if my ex is part of my household. I'm not sure to count him or not though
  5. It's easier to marry in my country than overseas, we already met in person so I could file for the k1 visa. But for spousal visa I need to plan a big trip over there to do the whole process. And after that start the application for the spousal visa. That would take longer than just applying for the k1. It's hard for me to travel there for a long period of time because of my children.
  6. I petitioned 1 time with marriage visa and one time with k1 visa but both marriages did not work out. 3rd time is the charm I hope. But will we be OK applying for the k1 visa when there might be some red flags? I married twice before but I have children and stayed in the marriages for significant amount of time before ending in divorce. I'm also 7 years older than my fiancé. I'd really like to go with k1 but I'm afraid it might get denied
