  1. Good morning, I was wondering if any one has submitted translations of documents that were translated in their home country. Ten years ago I had to translate documents for my visa entry. This document was translated in my home country by a professional translator. The document has a stamp from the translator and her title in german "Diplom-Übersetzerin". I am worried that this isn't accepted or good enough since I don't have the translator certify completeness and accuracy (which in my opinion should be assumed by their stamp and signature). Therefore should I just go ahead and get the document translated again? If so does anyone recommend a good online translation service? Thanks in advance
  2. Good morning, I am planning on starting my Naturalization process and have a question concerning the criminal record section. I have lived in two states for the past ten years and have no criminal record whatsoever. How do I proof that to USCIS? Do I have to contact the previous state I lived in as well as the one I am in today? And who do I contact? The courthouse? The local police in the town I lived/live in? Thanks for any help regarding this! Annchez16
