I’m filing for I130 and I485. Before leaving my country, i kept a digital version of some documents before leaving the country due to the war. We left the country 15 years ago and i dont have access to the physical documents anymore. Can i upload a translated version of these scanned document with my application without having the original copies in hand? The scanned documents are my parent’s family card, basic education certificate, and my national personal ID.

My wife is the US citizen. We are filing I130 online, and mailing I485, I864, I131, I693, I765. I have some questions regarding I864 form. I started working in July 2024 and my salary is 60K a year. My wife was working in the past and she made > 30k each year but she stopped working in Nov 2024 right before our wedding. When filing I864, since she stopped working, her annual income is now should be considered 0, right? We will provide the last 3 tax returns available (2023,2022,2021), but will it be okay to file with current annual income of 0? I am hesitant to file as a joint sponsor because I have never filed my taxes yet. Should i add my self as a sponsor to bring up our income to 60K and attach my last 6 month payrolls? or will a total current income of 0$ with above the poverty line tax returns be enough?
