Hello, How to respond to this question: Have you EVER previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien? We used in the past a lawyer he filed an i130 petition and we don't know the outcome since I left the country while on AOS and lost contact with the lawyer in order to know the outcome. And we have no reference of the i130 receipt number.

She will amend her tax return. I got a SSN when I was working in school with F1 visa. So what financial document can I get with both of our name on it?

We have record of communication Beside that she will come to Senegal in 10 days and before she leave we will file the i130. While the i130 is processing she will make another visit. Travelling is not easy.

Thanks for this advice. She can go and change all her prior taxes as MFS. And beside that do you see anything that can harm the case. She got a child but it's not mine in 2019 and we stayed 6 years without seeing each other beside we were still married ?

Yes you right ir1 visa. She filed all those years as single. But I told her to file this year as MFS.

Hello I was married in 2018. While I started the ajustement of status I leave the usa without advance parole but didn't overstay my visa. In 2019 she got a child from another guy. I was upset with her but we reconcile. And right now after 7 years without her visiting me but she plan to in 15 days, what are our chances through cr1 visa ?
