  1. Hi all - we just received the good news of our I-751/N-400 combo interview being scheduled. As we were reviewing our submitted applications and preparing for all the evidence, I realized that we put the wrong city on the physical address section of our I-751 form (FYI, it is now our previous address since we filed the form two years ago). We have all the supporting documents to prove it was just a typo (lease, utility bills, bank statement, driving permit, and sponsor address change receipt notice), but we are super anxious about this mistake. My question is, should we point it out to the IO during the interview even if he/she doesn't notice it? How likely are they going to deny our application and ask for resubmit because of this? We filled out the city of this address correctly on rest of the I-751 form and N-400 form's previous address section. Thank you!
  2. Hi, I received my green card on February 1st, 2022 and applied for N400 on Nov 3rd, 2024 (based on the 3-year US Spouse Marriage rule - 90 days). However, during the 3-year period, I traveled outside of U.S. once by myself to visit my parents for 3 weeks without my husband (he couldn't go due to work reason). My question is, when calculating the earliest N400 filing date, should I add the 3 weeks of my travel time without my husband (apply on Nov 24th instead?) since during this 3 weeks period, we technically did not live together. I might be overthinking, but just want to make sure.
