    Please help I am so confused, I feel like they created a new application for me. I was only supposed to continue my existing application. Can you please talk me through step by step as to how you created a new account in the usvisascheduling website?

    Thank you so much for your response! When you tried to sign up in he usvisascheduling website, which one did you choose here? I'm already done with my interview last October and unfortunately, this is what comes up when I visit the appointment confirmation page. I am under the category IR5.

    Hi! I'm currently experiencing the same situation as you. I don't know where my UID number can be seen. May I ask how you were able to resolve this problem? I need to submit my 221(g) submission slip also, but haven't been able to do so due to my missing UID number. Hope you respond. Thank you!
