thanks for the response. He lives with us so I don’t have a lease or utility bills but I do have all the other docs and have included it. And yes I’m helping him apply for N400 and not the one applying. -

Thanks for the comment. It was not recommended by the medical team here. He had to be admitted in ER while he was traveling and had to undergo emergency surgery and recovery associated with the surgery till he was cleared for international travel. -
I’m applying for citizenship for my Dad who has completed his 5 year residency requirement in July 2024 but last year he was out on a trip over multiple countries and just before coming back he had to undergo an urgent surgery and had to stay out of US for more than 6 months(7.5 months in total) I’m getting ready to file for his application and what are the evidence I can use to show continuity in his stay and the exception in medical grounds. appreciate any guidance.
