Yes when we originally sent all the evidence we sent the translated birth certificate. In the RFE it specifically said they want an original long form birth certificate issued by the country's civil authority. We will overnight mail the original along withe the translated and RFE letter -
We received an RFE response letter. It stated that they have received an English translated copy of an original birth certificate. Now they need the original birth certificate. I sent the original birth certificate through the online portal. The RFE also said that if you send original you need to send translated aswell. But it was stated that they already received the translated certificate. I only sent the original birth certificate. Are we screwed in the that response? If so, is there any way to correct this?
