Tips for getting and Interview Appointment "no slots available"

Each time I see an opening and schedule for the interview, it shows that I am scheduled. Then a few hours later my dates selected is not showing anymore. Seems like it keeps on canceling my appointment date. Sooo frustrating. Anyone have similar issues? Also, I don't see option to schedule for Biometrics? I hope i'm not the only one with these issues. Thanks for any assistance... -
I want to start the DS-160 form. Where do I fill it up? Thanks guys...
