I am on Employment based I-485; For my family of 4, all of us were issued with RFE on 05th of November and three of my family members has received RFE notice for medicals and I have responded and USCIS has acknowledged that they received those three and status is updated accordingly in USCIS page.
But for me I have never received the notice in mail. I have filed a ticket and USCIS sent me second notice on 3rd December and till now I have not received it in mail. In call with USCIS 800 number, L1 agent on phone said even though my status says RFE is sent out, it is not yet sent due to some system issues and the agent registered my ticket and said I will get an email/call in 72 hours and till now I have not received any.
What are the options for me as my RFE response date is coming soon and I am deeply worried for the time money and effort spent until this stage.
Looking for some advice on this, please help.
