Are you sure AP takes 1-2 years? I'm an Iranian national and used to get F-1 visas. My APs used to take 3-4 months. Obviously, immigrant visas are different but 1-2 years is extreme.

I asked them to expedite for employment reasons and it was refused.

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum. I have a job offer and have to be in the US on August 1, 2025. Does anyone know whether I can expedite the interview appointment. I was DQ in February 2024. Case: EB-2 NIW. Country: Iran.
