  1. Also one more question (thank you so much for everything so far!); do I need the entire medical exam done again or are the vaccines just enough? Since I had a full exam done in my country and was just missing vaccines. This is also unrelated but Im curious: my visa will expire in January, is that an issue? I think the embassy in Hungary told me it is not but I wouldnt be surprised if it changed in the meantime. Because I know USCIS will take a few months to get back to me with the AOS process so I just wanna make sure it wont be a legal trouble.
  2. So I should go for the medical exam first and only after I get my form I should apply for status adjustment?
  3. Hey everyone! Thanks for reading and helping ahead of time. I flew in the US under a K1 visa and we wanted to submit my status adjustment next week (we have our marriage license/certificate already). However I came across a video that said that effective December 2nd, it is required to file your medical exam form (unsure about the numbers, Im sorry) along with your AOS form. So my issue is that the airport security took my sealed envelope and I currently dont possess a certified copy. I assume they sent it forward to the USCIS so they should have it? But my main question would be do I need another medical exam in the US if I was missing vaccines at my initial medical exam in my country? I am missing only a tetanus and a covid shot (plus the flu vaccine if its needed). I was also missing the hepatitis A and B vaccine but I picked it up before I flew into the country. should i get another medical exam where i get all the missing vaccines or should I file my AOS first? How much are these medical exams with vaccines usually? im sorry if this sounds confusing, to be fair I am confused myself too and was looking for some help/input.
