My sponsor submitted an I-134A form in early September, but we still haven’t received any updates. It seems like USCIS is moving very slowly with U4U cases lately.
Has anyone recently received any updates or approvals for U4U cases? By approvals, I mean sponsor form approvals followed by the beneficiary receiving travel authorization not just TA extensions.
If anyone has heard about new trends, recent processing times, or official announcements from USCIS, please share.
It would also be great to hear about any successful cases from Fall 2024.
