Waiting for NVC to respond to my CSPA request
emmynudda replied to Allieto's topic in National Visa Center (Dept of State)
CSPA is not a form or application you can fill out and apply for. It's determined by NVC themselves when and if they'll review it. What I did was go to the NVC public inquiry and contacted them that way. This is the message I sent them, and 2 days later, they replied that they are reviewing the case for CPSA eligibility... Hope this helps.
