    I have been documented qualified for my spouse’s visa. About two weeks later, the NVC requested that I submit my wife’s divorce decree. Unfortunately, I accidentally submitted the divorce certificate instead. Since then, I have been unable to make any changes, and the status has remained ‘submitted’ without being updated to ‘approved’ for over two months. What should I do to resolve this issue ?
