  1. Update. Yesterday Monday, it changed to issued. Word cannot describe the relief we feel. I will leave this post up to show my circumstances and to a support others that may be in the same situation in the future, in order to give them hope. What a journey… now just waiting for it to be posted back.
  2. Same! Issued!!
  3. Mine changed from Refused to AP on Friday. Not sure really what that means. They would have received the email with documents on Monday and it updated every day but changed on Friday.
  4. Update. case date has updated every day. Today it updated and went from Refused to Administrative processing. hopefully an issue is close by.
  5. At the moment I don’t think there is a need. I have a clear ACRO and no convictions. I was just asking if anyone had a similar situation and see how it played out? And the wait times for London to get back to people on a 221g.
  6. I’m with you, had an interview there on 6th and got 221g for proof of relationship and needed to explain an arrest on the subject access, although my ACRO is no trace. Both explained and evidenced on the 8th and my case has updated every day this week, but still says just “refused”. Did your form get marked with AP?
  7. How did you get on @TimTamFlimFlam I am in a very similar situation and have always thought the way you think.
  8. Hello all, Advice appreciated. Just had CR1 interview at London, refused with 221g for further proof of relationship and written explanation on my SAR for an arrest 8 years ago for coercive and controlling behaviour. 11 years between me and my wife, legitimate relationship, we live together in the UK and she works. They asked for evidence of the relationship, which has been provided in the form of pictures and texts. Arrest was due to ex girlfriend making accusations at work (both Police employees at the time) and they took a risk adverse approach and investigated, which involved an arrest. False allegations, no evidence provided and I was NFA for incisifiiant evidence. Consular officer asked me for a written statement regarding the incident, as ACRO certificate states NO TRACE and the SAR says no charge, NFA insufficient evidence. Statement has been provided to them details the accusations which DID NOT involve any serious harm to a person or property…. It was financial and simply did not happen. Since sending proof as requested, my case has been updated everyday this week but still says refused. The 221g was check the “other” box and hit hand write the things I needed to email, which I did. AP is NOT ticked. Any one aware of a similar situation or time line for London for an immigration visa like this? Will the arrest cause an issue? Thanks all
