My BBC has 9 digits does not start with a zero and the DS-260 application asks for a visa number allowing 8 digits only. I have bees advised by an immigration paralegal online to opt for "I don't know" -
Hello there, did you ever figured out how to fill out this question regarding the visa number ? Mi moms Mexican bbc visa number has 9 digits starting with a 8 followed by 7 more number only one 0 in between. Thank you.
