My Fiance and I are applying for a K-1 Visa and are wondering whether to add an overstay to the additional info. For further context, she overstayed less than 180 days and her I-94 ha her expiration as D/S. I am not asking whether i should lie about this, but if it is necessary to add to the I-129F, and how it should be stated if so. Thank you very much for anyone willing to give some advice
