    My fiance has two boys 16 & 17 and she will need to get a consent letter for them signed by the father. She is coming from Dominican Republic, I believe they go by USA laws not the residing countries laws.

    Dominican Republic. We were told by the interviewer to set up an online profile at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/ and wait for the email instructing us to pick up the passports.

    Hi my Fiance's K-1 visa interview date was Oct 21, 2024 and was verbally approved. CO told us 10-15 Business days to get the passports back, it has now been 31 business days. Is this Normal? Case Created: May 2, 2024 Last Updated: October 25, 2024
