    Hello, our case is USC married non UCS who entered US legally but is now out of status for a few years. We got married earlier this year. We only prepare to file AOS recently and have found a joint sponsor. Joint sponsor is a business owner therefore he doesn't have W-2s, 1099s, pay stubs. He can technically write "Letter of employment" to himself but this is weird and might risk rejection. He does have tax transcript. How can he prove proof of income? Anyone has gone through the same situation ?

    Hello, My case is a US citizen married non US citizen, legally entered the US, We file i130 petition. I have questions regarding the proceed. Please tell me where should I post my question . I don't want my post got deleted and therefore no answer on my case.
