Did you choose the correct Visa option? You need to choose "Appoinment schedule from NVC" something like that then try it again.

Hello, My mother was done with her physical and biometrics and just waiting for her interview at the Embassy. I received an email from the Embassy and I am confused and honestly how to proceed. It stated: GENERAL REMINDERS: All applicant(s) must complete the online application form at https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/ prior to the visa interview and must bring a printed copy of the DS-260/DS-160 confirmation page at the time of your interview appointment. Applicants who appear for an interview without a completed application form will be advised to reschedule the interview by visiting the online appointment site at https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-iv-disclaimer.asp or by calling the Visa Information and Appointment Service at (632)7792-8988 or (632)8548-8223. Do I still need to do this or are we all set? If so, what Visa Options do I have to choose? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

We filed on September 2020 and we received an email on November 28, 2024 for January 6 interview date.

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, you are right I am done with the IV application as my mother already received her date of interview on the embassy. What I need is her biometrics and photos to be taken. She was done with her physical examination. Thank you so much!

Hello, Does anyone have a problem setting up schedule for IV appointments in the Philippines? I am getting frustrated as my mother's interview in on January 6, 2025. She already has her physical yesterday at St. Lukes, and we only need to schedule her IV appointment before her interview. My sister tried to contact US Embassy in the Philippines, but she cannot get a hold of anyone to ask question. I tried so many times doing it online but always gives me no slots available. Please, any help will be greatly appreciated. Frustrated daughter 😒

I am petitioning my mother, and I finally received an email for my mother’s Visa interview on November 28, 2024, and I am trying to schedule all that needs to be done before the interview. I already scheduled her medical examination on December 6, 2024, at 8:00am. However, I created a profile for my mother at https://www.usvisascheduling.com/ and tried to schedule her IV Appointment but every time I choose MANILA OFC it gives me “no slots available”. My sister who lives with my mother tried to contact the US Embassy in Manila, but she cannot get a hold of anyone. I am afraid that there won’t be enough time before the interview on January 6, 2025, to set up everything. Now, I am stress as I waited for this since 2020. I already emailed the US Embassy in Manila and received an automatic reply which does not help at all. I am residing here in the USA and running out of options. Any help will be highly appreciated.
