  1. Thank you. what do you think 28 U.S Law Code § 1361 this, isn’t helpful?
  2. To be honest, sometimes thinking to get bad news if it will be timely. I faced serious hardship to waiting this process! I think this process means they don’t like people and would not like to receive legal people!
  3. I also worry, will not waste money. My opinion is if they would like to make a negative decision, they will make it in 6,8 months, year or two years! For example: If I will wait a year or two years I think it’s not guaranteed to get approval note. from whom I get dismissed, From court or The US embassy?
  4. Visa IB1. approximately when I can sue? I know when you file wom maximum 4 months you will get a decision🤷‍♂️. If DOS or US Embassy isn’t ready to make a decision they will get from court additional time to complete the administrative process 🤷‍♂️.
  5. Interview had end of the May, 2024. (IB1 Visa). The US embassy Georgia. I think normally time is to complete AP 6 months. I can’t believe if someone working on my case and can’t complete the process. Also, I don’t wanna to believe they need 6 or 8 months to make a negative decision.
  6. Hello everyone Is there anyone here who had in The US embassy 🇬🇪 immigrant visa interview end of the May 2024 and received 221G refusal letter, reason is case undergoing administrative process.
