  1. I submitted my I-129F a couple weeks ago. I received the NOA1 text on 11/21, still waiting on the mailed I-797C receipt. On Friday, I realized I needed to make a correction to my application. I misunderstood/misread the question about past citations; I should have answered yes instead of no (I had a non-criminal disorderly when I was a kid). I called USCIS and talked to an agent. She said to submit the following: - a copy of my I-797C receipt - a letter detailing what exactly I want changed (including question no./page no./etc.) - the court documents/etc. that I should have submitted with my original application She said I shouldn't submit any revised versions of the I-129F, only the letter detailing the changes needed. Does anyone else have any experience with this? I've heard of the USCIS call center giving incorrect advice in the past. Since I'm waiting on my I-797C anyway, I wanted to see if anyone has any thoughts.
