I will marry her before I get sponsored to the US. Also, she is a full time student, so doesn't have 20 hours a week to sacrifice to a job.

I never said there was signing this away. I would sign something that doesn't stop them from paying for my things, but something that forces me to pay them back.

ofcourse I can sign a legally enforceable document that I will pay back everything the joint sponsor ends up paying for me.

My american girlfriend lives in Florida, and doesn't want to leave (I'd prefer she comes here, but life isn't perfect) she isn't earning enough to meet the minimum income requirements, does anyone here know where I can find a co-sponsor or joint sponsor? I refuse to be a financial burden on anyone and will sign a legally enforceable document that will restrict the amount of money spent on me and will require me to pay them back anything that is spent on me within a month.
