  1. I will have to look into that, thanks for the suggestion as I don't know what else to do.
  2. 1-The person that informed me about the waiver was the officer that told me she could not do my interview for N400. 2-I didn't have an interview for the N400 because she said the system was not going to allowed her because my case was with a supervisor, supposedly it has been with a supervisor for a long time. 3-I didn't have an interview for the I751, it was going to be scheduled in 2020 but they never scheduled it, now in 2024 the USCIS officer asked me a few questions but she said it was only to be able to fill out the waiver. 4- The person who kept my card was a clerk from USCIS back in 2022 when I went to get a stamp on my passport, because I had to travel and my card was expired and she asked me to give it to her and she kept it.
  3. -I met my ex 2016 in USA -He went to my country in feb 2017 and met my family, we Married Oct 2017 when I came back to USA We submitted the request to remove conditions end of 2020 and got divorce Jan 2022, I notified USCIS of my divorce in person in 2022 and sent a copy of my divorce decree, my ex husband and I got divorce due to many different things, the last months of our marriage we were trying to work things out 2021 but I had to move out, When I submitted my divorce to USCiS in 2022 I was not informed that I had to submit a waiver, I was informed to sign the waiver in January 2024 when I went to apply for my Naturalization, N400, they also kept my physical expired residential card back in 2022, I have an extension up to 2027, I contacted our local Congress man and USCIS just told them my case is pending, same thing I see online, now I have a pending I751 and a pending N 400, I have filled manyyyy inquiries and no help at all, I want to move to a different state next year but I am afraid my case will be delayed even more, I am not worried about the move, I want to know what else can I do to expedite my process, I have been waiting for 4 years now and no update since 2020, they were going to schedule an interview but they didn't.
