  1. @Dashinka - Yes i filed i751 as a divorce waiver.
  2. @OldUser @Dashinka- Thank you for your answer, Sorry for the late response. I filed my N400 online and i didn't know the field office, based on your knowledge do u think it will take 6-8 months for the whole process to complete and my i751 is in progress and i filed that with Attorney for a fixed decent price. He said as per the current timeline it takes 2-3 years for the i751 to approve or for interview. So he said by filing N400 it can make it faster. But I'm out of US since Jan 2025 and plan to return on March, Do you think staying here for 2-3 month ll create any issue for my N400, I got the Audit stamp which is valid till Dec2025 to come back so i think i should be good for the reentry. I'm asking you guys these questions since i can't ask my attorney regarding N400, Thank you both for your help.
  3. I submitted N400 December 2024 and the website says USCIS will reuse the finger prints and also it says the current waiting time is 5 month,So if anyone knows when ll the interview happen or what ll be the next step since i came out of country for family emergencey and will be back to US next month. Any information will be helpful, Thank you.
  4. Hi @Dashinka @NorthByNorthwestSo far i plan to submit Divorce Decree, Marriage Certificate, Pics from marriage, utility bills our names and apt lease and bank statement with our names and can you please tell me what else i need to submit as a marital history evidence since i used attorney for i751 and submitted lot of evidence and i want to save money and do this online myself, Thank you in advance, I really appreciate your time and support.
  5. No still no decision on my i751 yet.
  6. Thank you @OldUser for your quick response, Yes im applying under 5 years rule, I can just submit my divorce papers and submit it online? it looks straight fwd and i can do myself without the marriage evidence, since the evidence is already in i751.
  7. Hi Everyone I'm grateful to everyone who helped me last time when i had issue with my i751. I'm trying to fill N400 myself and need help. 1. I started filling it online via USCIS website and almost 70% completed, is it a good idea? 2. Married 6 years back and separated this year so do i need to again provide all the documents even though i did when i filled for my i751?, Please help 3. Can i do it myself or get any help from professionals with less expensive? i already spent money for attorney for my i751 and my divorce and now i try to save money i know this is very important but the same time i think this looked relatively easy compare to other previous forms. Any help or input will be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance. Anyone who recently filed N400 with divorce petition please let me know, I'm happy to connect with you and get some help. Thanks, Rookie.
