  1. Hi, actually when I first tried it was middle of the night. I now just had finally a nice person on the phone and she confirmed that the tool is not working at all and also they experience trouble with their mail system and do not receive most of the mails "as they just discovered". I cannot believe how massive this whole thing is not working and from what I understand this is a global tool so I am really wondering why I do not find more feedback from people expiriencing this. I now got another "ok now we received one of your x mails and pass it on but the waiting time for support coming back to this is high as we receive hunderts of calls per day about this". I do not think this will get general improvement soon as they are having troubles since June/July. The lady told me support needs to login to every account and do something to make the calendar visible. She also told me that many people are not able to create a profil at all or pay or account gets suddely deleted. What I can say is that it took me about 10h trying to create a profile and pay; and you know what? I was successfull late at night.

Hi, my Name is Marti, I am German and I desperatly try to schedule an appointment for Frankfurt for a L1 work visa; online it says they moved to a new system and expirience trouble since July, and they know it can be frustrating, but no further info how to handle it. Meanwhile I invested more than 20h trying to make it work, it doesn't. No browser, not from mobile, I went trhough all the advice, it always say "no slots availibe". Seeked help at the hotline, its a desaster. I wrote a mail to support-germany@usvisascheduling.com as adviced online and per Hotline, they told me they than condirm bakc with an extra calendar scheduling link within 48h. First mail I got a automatic confirmation and it showed up with a case number in the portal. I called the hotline and the lady said they did not find a mail from me, I need to cancel the request in the portal and send a new mail. I tried 6x, i was hanging in the hotline for already 7h+ since days, but they are zero supportive, one lady even yelled at me (even though I was super friendly) because "i have two usernames and this is my fault only" even though I only regsitered only once and paid the fee once. After the first mail I did not receive any more confirmation mails; I tried again today and got a message the mail cannot be delivered. I checked with IT and they checked all mails and confirmed that this is an issue on their end. Hotline is just like "i cannot do anything you need to send a mail". If you call the consulate directly and state it they do not even listen to you. How did you make it work? How can this be so difficult? I am running out of time as I am supposed to start the new job and move asap. Thankful for any advice!! Many thanks Marti
