  1. I got 221g form to fill out a form 5535 or something like that, and email my CV and list of publications. They didn't tell me to upload documents. Did I get AP? What does this mean?
  2. My interview is on Feb. 7. And, I haven't recieved this form yet. Did you receive it with your IL email?
  3. They sent out the same email that the NVC is done processing the case and it sent it to Montreal, attaching the interview letter. Basically, same one we got on Dec 30.
  4. Can I say I'm looking into R&D jobs? or does it have to be an academic research positions? Is saying, I'm going to look for faculty positions a good answer? Do we have to mention clear plans? Because it's quite hard to plan anything, especially if we expect to get AP with undefined processing time.
  5. I have another question when they asked about intended address in the US, my brother-in-law lives in Michigan, so we gave his address for the forms, but we initially mentioned California in the EB2 application as a chance of finding a job there would be greater. So, should we state it as it is in the interview? or should we always say we are going to California?
  6. Do we need to take any other document other than the ones mentioned as main and additional ones on the website to the interview? I'm going for EB2 and am from Iran, should I take for example my CV/resume? any suggestions?

  9. Okay that's good to know. The website made it sound like we need to upload the documents before the interview. Yes, after checking the spreadsheet, I realized my mistake
  10. @AlAlp you got AP, have you been cleared already?
  11. Does this mean that we only need to upload the documents if we get AP?
  12. On the MTL website (https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/MTL-Montreal.html#pre_interview_checklist), it says: "Bring the originals of all required documents, as well as one photocopy of each. You must also upload these documents to your online application. The Consulate will not upload documents for you." When I use the link to open my application, it opens the CEAS website (https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx) But I can't find where to upload the documents. Any help, please?
