  1. My kids need separate I-864 as a principal immigrant?
  2. I and 20 years old daughter and 18 years old son applied for AOS at the same time. I received the letter about biometric schedule, but kids got RFE as follows ↓ Based on the documents submitted, we could not determine that the petitioning sponsor on Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, is qualified. In order to be a qualified sponsor, the petitioning sponsor's Form I-864 must be properly completed and signed, and the supporting documents must establish that the petitioning sponsor's income meets 125 percent of the federal poverty guideline for the sponsor’s household size. See Form I-864P for information on the Federal Poverty Guidelines. My husband, U.S citizen is the sponsor and his income, bank account balance and my assets are more than enough for household of 4. I don’t understand why I was ok and kids were not. I want to know what documents should my kids submit.
