  1. Yeah we have figured this will be the case. All we can do is wait for the appointment call and handle things as they come however, but wanted to update in the mean time for anyone else that may face or be facing these issues.
  2. Just an update to this. Went to nearest Deferred Inspection Site, but was turned away as they couldn't update it due to the visa itself having the wrong birthday, so there was nothing they could do. They directed us to the nearest USCIS office, which only allowed people in with an appointment. Called USCIS phone line to book an infopass appointment and said we would receive a call back within 72 hours. That was about a month ago, and still waiting for the callback. We ended up filing the AOS paperwork due to our I-94s expiry deadline rapidly approaching, just describing the situation on the back section and that we were waiting for an appointment to correct the issues and would advise when updated. We got notice that they received the paperwork, cashed the cheques and have scheduled everyone's biometrics later this week. Also recieved an RFE for our I-864's having a missed box, but there was no mention of child's birth date issue.
  3. Currently working on our AOS paperwork, for K1 and K2s. My kids and I were issued our visas in late August, and flew out Sept 2. We only found out at the Airport that my K2's birth date was wrong on his visa, written MAR instead of MAY. Delta called "Honolulu" and who wrote it off as a clerical error, and let us fly. I was advised to just let Immigration know when we landed. When I let the Immigration agent know in LA, he chuckled and said it happens all the time, and that he'd take care of it. Unfortunately, my K2's I-94 still has the wrong birthday, and I'm unsure how to check if its updated anywhere else either. Should I just attach a letter to the AOS paperwork explaining the situation, or are there steps I can take beforehand to cover our bases?
