They should have included a link on how to send documents in the request email. I had to login to my account and create a certificate with the address and info the mail room probably needed.

I just went to my local UPS and they did it for me, just explain your situation and what you're sending.

I printed the authorized courier receipt and followed all the directions it said I just sent it UPS instead and paid for the UPS courier services.

https://gel.usvisa-info.com/en-ca/niv/information/courier_dropboxes That is the website listing all their authorized courier locations. But they are also all Canada Post locations in the Toronto area. A few of us have had to send our documents in using UPS, Fedex etc. right now.

I am also K-1 and haven't had any unsolicited updates since the day they asked for my passport and updated medical on the 8th. Doctor sent results Tuesday and it doesn't show - so you're not alone if that is any relief. 🤍

No email from them - I only saw on the tracking proof from UPS that it was delivered.

If it helps answer your question I sent mine through UPS yesterday and it was delivered today. Just make sure you go into your u.s. dos account and generate the "courier-in authorization certificate". You wont be able to send it VIA Canada Post because of the strike right now, but you'll need the third page of the courier-in receipt to attach to your package in a courier envelope when you send it along with the instructions and whatever else it says. My medical and passport both arrived to the consulate today so I am joining the group of everyone waiting 😭

For the people who received a request for passport/ medical after 6 months - did you also submit new passport photos? The email I received did not ask for them specifically, only passport and medical but everywhere I look online I see photos are only valid for 6 months so I am a bit confused.
