Hello, this is my first time posting here.
Im planning on returning to the US. I left the US around early 2022 because of family reasons (mainly mental health check for my mom).
Now that she’s better I want to return to the US this year or early next year.
Originally I was planning on filing a sb-1 form but read that it takes months if not years for it to get approved/declined. Plus getting approved was estimated to be around 10%.
Should I just fly back? What are my chances on getting in without much trouble?
I have valid green card and id and I filed taxes last year but not this year (zero income)
Currently about to talk to a lawyer but that will be on Monday. Really anxious thats why I decided to make a post here.
