  1. Hi everyone! I had a combo interview today. The officer make us first the removal conditions interview. He asked for us if we had any additional supporting documents, when and where we met, place of our weddind, my proposal, time together since we met until our wedding so... Everything went smooth. After that, he moved my husband to the waiting area and start my naturalization interview. The officer asked me where i learn english and with who am i practicing. Later, he asked me the civil questions, reading test and writing test, n400 form. Sadly, the officer told me a decision can not be made today but i passed, so i should wait
  2. Yes, you can fill it anytime. Why not? If you fill it through marriage (3 year rule), you need some evidences like joint filled taxes, bank accounts statement and insurance. In my case i added all the documents provided in my I-751 but you don't need to do that, this is me
  3. Did you fill you N-400 online? If you did it, you can add the letter in unsolicited evidence in my uscis
  4. Hi. You can request a combo interview sending a letter explain that you have a pending I-751 and send it with your form N-400. If you fill it online, you can add the letter in additional supporting documents
  5. They listed me both cases, maybe 'cause i requested when i filled my N-400
  6. Hi, just asking, your interview schedule said both cases? Or just n400?
  7. I'm so sorry for your loss. I have a friend who request for a combo interview and her spouse passed away months before her interview. But she didn’t know that she need to filled a waiver before her interview. So, when she attended her interview they cancelled her N400 and moved her to 5 year rule but they make her i751 interview and she passed. My recomendation? Search and filled a waiver 🙏
  8. And you're right! Today i received my appointment interview for both cases @7am
  9. Same here. But in my case, i want to make an anniversary trip with my husband in September and i see far far away my interview. I applied 3/31 too
  10. When i filed my N-400, i request for a combo interview. They sent to me a biometric reused and both cases are in the same letter (N-400 / I-751)
  11. Congratulations! What a relief for you! When you told that the officer didn't have your file i feel panic for you but everything went smooth 🙏
  12. Same when i think about my interview date. Idk when i will take it
  13. Congratulations! This journey is almost done for you :'). I still waiting for my interview date
  14. Congrats to your hubby! Do you know his processing time?
  15. You' ll be fine 🙂 Please let us know how will your interview go
  16. Let's see how June goes with our appointments for interview. 🙏. I'm going to citizenship classes and most of my classmates have their interview 3 months after the application (5 years rule). Under 3 year rule, we're still waiting but our teacher said that after biometrics appointment is about one or two months waiting for the interview so idk
  17. Congratulations! It went too fast! I saw that under 5 years rule is faster than 3 years rule. Soon.. 🙏
  18. Hi everyone. I filled my N-400 under 3 year rule. Here is my timeline: 3/31 - N400 online filling 5/19 - reuse biometrics notice USCIS: My case is actively reviewing (5/19) My progress: Estimated 5 months I-751 still pending and last update was 5/19 "actively reviewed". San Juan PR
  19. In the other hand, how can i fill n400 with pending i751? Can i fill it online? Or should I fill out the form n400 in physical form with a letter requesting the combo interview?
  20. She is the same lawyer who saved me from going to court for an immigration case. Her recommendation was that I do not do it for all the reasons mentioned above. That is why I was asking if there was anyone who had done the combo interview in PR.
  21. I am worried that when they do the citizenship interview, seeing that I have the pending i751, they will only do the interview that corresponds to the i751 and lose the money paid for the n400 form. My lawyer told me that they do not do the combo interview (which I do not believe), and I would like to know if there is anyone who has taken the combo interview in PR and what their experience was.
