I'm a masters student from China on OPT extension. I study computer science and cybersecurity. I found a job in US that sponsor H1B, but I wish to go travel outside of US while I wait for H1B lottery so I decided to go to Canada and renew my F1 through consulate in Toronto. I interviewed yesterday and was rejected on administrative processing. Does anyone have any experience with how long I might need to wait for it?
