  1. It felt like there was something wrong with the NOA2 letter, and I'm glad to hear that it is indeed the case. Thank you for letting me know this is normal and that my case, in all likelihood, is still being processed without issue. Many thanks for the reassurance!
  2. Sorry, I just noticed I failed to give the actual date. 9/28/2024: NOA2 Petition Approval 10/22/2024: NVC responded to my inquiry, stating they could not help and to contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate processing my petition. 10/26/2024: Consulate at U.S. Embassy in Manila responded, stating they had not received my case yet and to contact USCIS. Edit: It seems you can't edit an original post in a thread?
  3. Hi everyone, glad this forum is here. We recently received our petition approval for our I129F via the I-797 NOA2. On the approval notice, it said to contact the "listed consulate" with any questions. Well, for starters, there was no consulate listed. Our notice stated the following: That's it. No consulate listed or any contact information. I contacted NVC about the case, they said to contact the U.S. Embassy dealing with it (which would be Manila). I contact the consulate at the embassy in Manila and they said they didn't have it and to contact USCIS. Well... USCIS says to contact the listed consulate. I'm being sent in a circle. Any help or advice?
