I am a UK citizen and have been married to a US Citizen for around 12 Months I am travelling on an ESTA at the moment but want to change and I plan to live in the US the issue is around time I want to get this in motion so I don't have to travel back on December the 6th what is the quickest way to do this to avoid the return ? Thanks
