Yes thats the plan, she gave me the time to finish what I can here and see how it goes as it was traumatic for both of us and its better for us to heal from it first before we jump another gun

The thing is we got the letter for next step which NOA2 medical check up and interview I think I was the one that was not ready as I am still trying to finish my school.. Now that I realize the major I’m studying is not what I want I’m dropping it but we already cancelled the K1 Visa. Is there any alternative way?

I think we just cancelled it.. I really do love her and I’m contemplating.. I want her really bad and I’m thinking of dropping my studies totally just to be with her. Must we wait 2 years to refile? Can I just go there and get married haha Our lawyer tried to get a reply from the consulate but they said it was rejected.

If I’m done with my studies and go there and marry her and adjust my status there, would it affect my work permit? I wish to help her out with her finances thats why I want to get my papers in my country first. How long would it take to get one. Our state will be in texas

What do you mean? I’m in Singapore and I’m studying still, but shes an american she applied the K1 visa but I’m just here posting on this thread for us for any advise. Like what do you mean marry? Just fly over to marry when I’m done?

I recently just withdraw my K1 visa with my fiance due to me not being able to finish my school on time in my country to marry her within the period but we did not break up. She’s upset and she say she does not want to wait another 2 years. What should I do after I finish my school? Is there any ways I can marry her less than 2 years ? Because I know after 2 years we need to file and then we need to wait another year lets say I cancel today, and I finish my school by october 2025 is it possible to file earlier ? But with the same person which is my fiance?
