Approved Sep 15th, got letter that we send your case to NVC for processing send 2 inquiry to NVC and we have not got your case and USCIS seems to not have sent it at all is this common? how long did yours take ? or been taking ? -
Well the USCIS letter says we have sent your case to department of state but when I contact NVC they say we haven not gotten them after 50 days. I did some research online some people were saying they only send cases once every two weeks, and some were saying that when NVC is overwhelmed they ask NCIS to hold cases. what I think is they have so many cases on one side or the other its creating a bottle neck.

I am looking for people that were approved in 2024 or any one that has insight, the case was approved by USCIS in mid September and now it has been around 40 days and still have not got a case number or an email from them and have contacted them and they said they have not gotten anything is that normal? what has your experience been from time USCIS approved your I-129F till you get contacted by the NVC
