    Thanks for your quick answer. So just to make sure I understand correctly. I would still be able to visit parents in USA without visa while my F3 visa is in process? Someone told me that once F3 is filed I wont be able to enter USA.

    Hi, I'm a Canadian Citizen and married. My parents are US citizens. I want to apply for F3 immigration visa for USA. 1. Is there any fastest way to get it since I'm a Canadian citizen? 2. Also once I apply, would I be able to visit my parents in USA? Presently I am able to travel to USA without any visa. Thanks.
