  1. Yes, I did, for fields 11a to 11h. That is the address beneficiary lives in China. I just contacted Emma live chat for this as it has to be a mistake USCIS made. I definitely don't want to pay for I-824 for a mistake they made. Anyone has the similar experience?
  2. They are City: Guangzhou Province: Guangdong Country: China This is the only Consulate in China that processes immigration visas. My part 61 is totally blank as my family member is not within the US. I could not get it why I am still required to fill out I-824.
  3. Hi, My I-130 for my family member got approved recently. In the approval notice, USCIS asked me to submit either an I-485 or an I-824 form for them to proceed. On my I-130 I specifically fill out all 62a, 62b, and 62c part and left part 61 blank, so I clearly indicated this is a consular processing without any misunderstanding. Why I still need to fill out a I-824 and pay a fee? How can I contact USCIS for a mistake they made? Did anyone else have the same experience?
