    Hey, my parents are both USC and they would like to petition for brother who is married. Q1:- What's the current processing times for F3? still 10yrs? Q2:- My dad doesn't want to file alone (solo petitioner on 1-130) due to his health. He wants to include my mom without having to submit 2 forms of 1-130. Is this possible? i.e. 2petitioners/Parents submitting one form/1-130?
