    USCIS just text my wife half an hour ago that they got the packet and I-797C follow by mail. Even though they already update the case on my wife USCIS online account last Friday. There is no documents inside currently in the online account.

    Great, I do have one question. On USCIS site explain how to write the check, I did everything they asked. But they did mention about phone number add on to the check and I did not because I go to my bank and ask the banker and he say phone number is no need on them. My check is a joint check and have both me and my wife name on them. I wonder if they going to reject it because we have no phone number on the check? Also, only me sign the check since the banker say never need 2 signatures since the account is NOT John Doe AND Jane Doe. Our check only say John Doe on top, Jane Doe on the bottom and address below our names. We're really appreciate you for all the helps!

    Update: We got an email from USCIS online account say they taking action on a case on last Friday night. We opened up and it was a message say they got our I-751 packet on October 30, 2024 and a receipt number start with IOExxxxxx. And a receipt notice or acceptance letter was sent. I check my bank this morning and the check still have not been cashed yet so I'm very confused and hope nothing wrong.

    Oh ok, thank you so much! My wife green card will be expire in mid December so we are kind of very worry if it is getting there safe or not. We prepare very good for this packet. Around 4.5" thick of documents. Finger Crossed.

    Yes, the G-1145 right in front of the packet then Form I-751 with the personal check clipped on top of the form.

    Congratulations, what time did they texted you? we kind of worry now since we receives no text, email from them yet, USCIS account still have nothing new on it. Check still not cashed yet neither. Our packet was delivered on Wednesday morning by UPS to USCIS I-751 (Box 4072) 2500 Westfield Dr Elgin, IL 60124-7700 Now I checked our receipt and tracking and saw that the UPS lady did not put ATTN: in front of I-751. I wonder if it because of that it would cause the delay for us. But it was signed by someone when it was delivered so we really not sure. Pray god it will be ok.

    Hello everyone, we shipped our I-751 packet on October 28 and it got delivered today in Elgin, Chicago. we ship UPS and It say on the tracking status " Left At Dock " and received by RICARDO. I wonder if anyone got the same person received the packet if you shipped the packet to Chicago lockbox? I'm kind of worried. Thank you for your helps!
