We didnt select both, both would be 2C It seems the only remaining issue can be with 5-immigrant or non immigrant classification. We have never been given, or had to fill this out at any other point in the entire process so had no idea I had one. oh well. Thatll be the end of the green card journey! thanks for your assistance everyone!

Part 2 was filled out as follows- 1-C 2-B 3-I485 4-(receipt no entered) 5-empty (not applicable) 6-10/16/2024 7-National Benefits Centre (NBC)

Part 3 MUST be filled out Part 7 is only additional space We will have a professional involved to lodge a complaint against USCIS for continual error-yes. Correct.

Do you mean part 7-“additional information if needed” No, we did not use it Its also stated you can attach a brief, so that was what we done. Along with Part 3 Basis for the Appeal or Motion.
