    Thanks @Ryan H. My petition is yet to be approved. Is there a way, before the file reaches NVC i can get the consulate changed? Trying to save extra months that would go in rerouting of consulates.

    Hi, I lost my job in UK. I need to go back to India and find another job as i no longer have a UK visa sponsor. My husband US Citizen filed my i-130 in june 2024, now i need to update my processing consulate from UK to India. Can anyone guide me how can i do this? Any amendment forms? What effect will this have on my processing timelines. Thank you.

    @appleblossom Thank you for the response. By NVC approval I meant the USCIS 'my Progrees' tab showing 2 weeks now, which we anticipate to be approved by 14th Nov. And case/file moving to NVC. The type of visa is i-130 with original NOA-1 23rd June 2024. Our question is related to timeline we can expect to have final interview setup once File moves from USCIS to NVC(London Consulate)

    Hi All, On USCIS my NVC approval is due on November 14th 2024, I'm planning to apply i864 by December 14th. Could someone please suggest me the average timelines for reaching the document verification?
